Thanks to the Instagramers team and the guidance of Alberto Mandozzi, we went back in these mountains for a photo hunt entirely devoted to orchids.
Matilde raised her camera and despite her 3 years she walked with us throughout the foothills where we could admire and photograph an explosion of colors: 37 species of orchids, unpronounceable names, but beautiful.
The walk does not need great tricks for children, just comfortable shoes and a little ‘patience because the little ones will get soon tired but they will be rewarded by the great variety of colorful flowers, in addition to butterflies, insects and many, many multi-colored trunks ‘tree on good to rest and to distract.
A valid suggestion: bring a complete change and shoes if grass is still wet from the rain. Lunch can be booked at the Restaurant City of Amandola, where we were served an excellent polenta accompanied by cheese company Fontegranne from Belmonte Piceno, as well as a great kindness and genuineness.
